Handwerk was designed as a celebration of my time teaching in Holland at De Handwerk Boetiek. I was inspired by the shapes of the buildings & the colors of the surrounding gardens. The canals of Amsterdam are honored as is the beautiful tulip.
Handwerk is loosely translated as ‘to make’ or ‘to craft’ – which I found was the best possible focus for this design.
