The #hop idea came years before I designed the #joy class that I taught at last year's Jingle Ball. I think it's a design & finishing element that has stood the test of time...just like my friendship with my fav buttoneers @justanotherbuttoncompany

It's a chicken & egg kind of question. Which came first, the fabric or the design?

In this case, I found the fabric, fell in love & designed the finish. Then came the design. I already knew what the design would say since it was for the shop, Heart's Desire in Wichita (Deb has since retired).

Heart's Desire is still available through your local & online shop as well as my website.

OK - so close up, that may not look like a houndstooth pattern, but trust me...I studied hard & long to recreate it ;)
