I looked back on last year’s post & was hit by the photo of Bill & I standing on the lot we had just purchased…if we were to try & stand in that same spot today, I think we would be in the garage! Exciting times coming in this New Year but 1st, I want to wish my dearest a Happy 30th – thank you for being my home for these years.
Yep – we got married in the 80’s…big hair, poufy sleeves, satin shoes. Don’t forget the bridesmaids dress that you were surely going to be able to wear again & again!
A gorgeous bouquet sent by my Mom & Dad. We are both grateful to each of our parents for providing us with an example of a loving marriage.

I didn’t use a pattern for the shape. I just sewed a rectangle of fabric to the top edge & then cut the corners off for the roof line! Super easy – c
