Season 2 – A Year of Celebrations Continues

The long wait for a new season of the popular cross stitch monthly marker series is here!

I began to notice comments from stitchers as they completed stitching the 12 months of ‘A Year of Celebrations’. Indications were that they would miss stitching the sweet, colorful, quick little designs.

Those comments gave me the idea to design a new set—nearly 10 years after the original was 1st published!

Models stitched on 32ct Driftwood Belfast – Fabrics by Stephanie – stitch count 49 x 49

  • 1/2 yard used to stitch each month individually, Fat 1/4 used to stitch as one piece in complimentary border.

Classic Colorworks: Amethyst, Avocado, Baking Tin, Black Coffee (2), Cherry Cobbler, Colonial Copper, Finley Gold, Frosted Sage, Honeycomb, Mossy, Spinach, Sticks & Twigs, Sugar Plum, Tartan Plaid, Tennesee Red Clay, Toasted Marshmallow (4),Tropical Paradise, Wagon Wheel (2)

  • 1 skein of each except where noted in parenthesis is enough to stitch all 12 months

Lady Dot Creates: hand dyed rick rack trim—2 packages ‘Birds Nest’ required to finish all 12
