You Have My Heart
I was looking around the house, picking out pieces of ‘Habermann marriage memorabilia’ to include in this year’s Anniversary Token photograph.
I have pretty clear memories of the silver tray – it was a wedding gift (it was the 80’s…I think it was a required gift).
The card standing up in the background is a 1-year Anniversary card from my sister (a row of paper houses…she knows me well).
The 2 metal love birds…well, this resulted in a 20-minute conversation between Bill & I trying to figure out where & when that we bought them!! I do remember what happened: Bill liked them & walked out of the gift shop – no birds in hand. I went back in & bought them, wrapped them up for a Christmas gift – no easy way to get out of the obvious joke here 😉
I guess since we have reached #37 in the Anniversary timeline, we are allowed to forget a few of the lesser details!

Round silver tray for our wedding cake the day we were married 11/3/1973 engraved with the date. That was one of the best decisions of my life – to marry this man I love more every day that passes!
