Polly was a mere 13 years old when she completed this sampler. She was born in the New England area but ended up an Iowa girl…part of the charm and intrigue for Ginny (The Shanty Stitchers in Beresford – Ginny owns the sampler) & myself (my 1st time reproducing a vintage sampler!)
